Pick-ups are made from the Arrivals level, just outside the baggage claim areas, look for the orange "Scheduled Bus" signs. The bus stops are conveniently located near the following exit doors at Terminals A-E Terminal A: Exit door A105 and the stop is to your right. Terminal B1: Exit at door B105 for Gates B1-B22, and the stop is on your right Terminal B2:Exit at door B115 for Gates B23-B28, and the stop is on your right Terminal C: Exit door C110 will be the farthest door to the right in baggage claim. Terminal E: Exit door E107 the stop will be right outside the door.

The bus makes stops at all Logan Airport terminals (A, B1, B2, C, and E). The pick-up time on your ticket refers to Terminal A, where service begins promptly. If you’re at B1, B2, C, or E, pick-up may vary due to airport traffic; it typically takes 15–20 minutes to reach all terminals. Notes: Please give a clear signal to the driver as the bus approaches. All buses circle the arrivals level at the terminal twice: the first loop is for dropping off passengers arriving at Boston Logan, and the second loop is for picking up passengers departing from Boston Logan.
